His expertise spans portfolio and program management, cultural heritage consulting, corporate governance, and risk management, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Throughout his career, Tim has played a pivotal role in managing multi-billion-dollar capital works programs, refining governance frameworks, and fostering meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Currently as a Senior Associate at Biosis Pty Ltd, Tim leads strategic heritage initiatives, project delivery, and business development. He is able to draw on both his heritage and capital build experience to combine a deep understanding of historical preservation with a pragmatic approach to project execution.
