Credit Controller

We have an exciting opportunity for an emerging Credit Controller in our Port Melbourne office.

As a key member of our finance team, you’ll work closely with our experienced Accounts Receivable Officer, handling end-to-end credit control duties across the Australian Group. You’ll play a pivotal role in engaging with clients, resolving payment issues, and improving our overall credit control processes. You will also focus on managing overdue payments, processing credit applications , reconciling accounts, and preparing reports on aged debtors.

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable Officer
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Experience using ERP systems (preferred)
  • Relevant degree or qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
