Daniel Gilmore Scholarship: applications now open

Applications for this year’s Daniel Gilmore Scholarship are now open.

The $3,000 scholarship is open to Honours students in Australia studying wildlife ecology. Applications close at midnight on Sunday 13 October.

The scholarship is in memory of our dear friend and Zoologist Dan Gilmore, who passed away two years ago. During Dan’s 21 years with Biosis he passed his immense passion for the natural world onto countless staff, he also mentored many students with their wildlife ecology research projects. The Daniel Gilmore Scholarship is a way of continuing Dan’s legacy.
